Documented Requirements

We meet with you (in person or on the phone) to discuss you requirement which we will then document and send to you with a proposal for IMPLEMENTING and HOSTING your website.

Proposals are provided for the following elements:

• New website
• Website refresh
• Website transfer
• Additions - domain name registration, email, etc.

Your acceptance via email is enough for us to get started.

We will invoice you 50% of the IMPLEMENTATION at this stage.

Rapid Development

Following agreement we will develop a test site within 48 hours. This will be used to get the structure and general look and feel complete. It will appear messy at first but this approach allows for your input as we progress.

Customer Review

Once the basics are set up, we will schedule to review the test site with you (in person or on the phone) and identify any variations required to bring the site to completion.

There may be 2 reviews required prior to launch : at our office @ 45min - 1 hr (included in the cost!)

Website Launch

Based on the outcomes of the review we will let you know when the final website is complete and has been tested by our team. You will then be required to check the site - that all the agreed elements are there and working - and sign a project completion acceptance.

We will invoice you the balance of the IMPLEMENTATION fees at this stage and the first quarter of HOSTING.
